Field Trip
Information & Forms

Parents
provide the transportation and supervise a
group of children. All drivers need to complete this
*form
and provide a copy of their Driver's license and
insurance information.

No
siblings are allowed on field trips. You will be responsible for 3 or 4 children during the
field trip, therefore, all of your attention will be
needed for the Stepping Stones children. (The church
nursery may be used if parents of siblings want to
take turns keeping others children).

Parents
are to supervise their group at all times.
Please do not visit with each other or just care for
your child. The children will need your full attention
at all times.

Arrive
at the school fifteen minutes before time to leave.

Park
out back across from the sidewalk.

Please
do not go to the classroom. Teachers are busy making
final preparations for the field trip. Please wait in
the kitchen. There is coffee - please help yourself.
Someone will come for you when it's time to go to the
room.

Children
are to wear name tags at all times. The teachers will
provide these.

Each
child must be in a seat belt. Please have seat belts readily available.
We
appreciate our parents and their willingness to
transport children. The children's safety is of utmost
importance to us. Thanking you in advance for your
cooperation.
